Almost 5 years after its creation in May 2017, Citizenfund has reached a new milestone: €500,250 have been invested by 230 citizens in our impact investment cooperative!
These citizens trust each other and have already invested part of the €500,250 in 19 Belgian impact startups through our collective intelligence process.
How?
Several times a year, we present new projects to our co-operators during presentation evenings. After meeting the social entrepreneurs, the Citizenfund members vote on which projects the fund will finance. Investment decisions are made according to the results of the votes of the co-operators.
By subscribing to shares in our cooperative, citizens regain control of their money and its impact.
Citizenfund offers shares at €250 and €50 for those under 26.
